Tips from the chef:

  • Start bacon at room temperature

  • Preheat the pan to medium low. No oil is needed for the pan, the bacon cooks in its own fat

  • Crisp bacon on each side for 90 sec and flip every 30 sec until it starts to crisp

  • Try baking in the oven for great results, too!
